clearer vision

A very foggy view this morning, on my way for an acupuncture appointment. There is a large lake behind those trees. The lake is slowly getting an ice covering, it's been cold for a few days, up to -10 degrees at night.
My back is a bit easier now, but normal my movement isn't. More like slow motion. I think the acupuncture helped, the muscle lock in my back is in a smaller area.
